Just take a look at that chart, zero rate hikes during Obama's entire 8 year reign of terror, with one thrown in at the end so they could say rates were increased while Obama was President. Yes, just watch, some jack-ass, far left, cartel, teleprompter reading media hack will actually say that rates were raised under Obama too.
